Samurai Test Drive is a five-piece jazz fusion band based out of Athens, GA. Taking inspiration from artists like Casiopea, Return to Forever, Lettuce, and Jaco Pastorius, they revive the almost-forgotten sound of '80s jazz fusion.

Taylor Roberts is a 7-string jazz guitarist, recording artist, and educator whose music blends jazz, R&B, soul, pop, and contemporary instrumental influences with a deeply personal approach to harmony and improvisation. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Roberts has performed internationally, appeared at major festivals, and shared the stage with artists including Charlie Hunter, Howard Alden, Terreon Gully, and Kevin Bales. His four recordings—A Day in the Life, Live at the Blue Jay, Homecoming, and Sanctuary—document an evolving musical voice rooted in jazz while reaching well beyond its traditional boundaries. Now based in Atlanta, Roberts brings technical command, emotional depth, and a strong sense of melody to everything he plays.
